To give you peace of mind, we offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all products purchased through our website.

What does the warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Specifically, this includes:

  • Structural failures, such as broken bed slats or cracked frames caused by manufacturing faults.
  • Joint instability or misaligned parts not resulting from improper assembly.
  • Visible manufacturing defects that affect functionality or aesthetic appearance.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper assembly or failure to follow assembly instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, or natural fading of wood over time.
  • Modifications, repairs or alterations not performed by Sleepy.shop or its authorised partners.
  • Improper storage, exposure to moisture, or use in non-domestic environments.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.

Warranty period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. In the event that a product or part is replaced, the warranty period does not restart or extend beyond the original 12-month term.

How to submit a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please contact us by email at info@sleepy.shop. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the defect

We will respond to your request within 5 working days.

What happens next?

Upon reviewing your claim, if the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement part
  • Replace the entire product
  • Offer a partial refund
  • Offer a full refund if no other solution is possible

We reserve the right to request that faulty items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
