1. ABOUT US
- 1.1 Sleepy.shop is operated by IM SO SLEEPY LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16529938. Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
2. ORDERING PRODUCTS
- 2.1 You can place orders for products by following the process on our site. By placing an order, you agree to pay for the products if we accept your order.
- 2.2 The order process allows you to check and correct errors before submitting. Please review your order carefully at each step.
- 2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email—this marks the formation of the contract. Payment will be taken after acceptance. A separate email will confirm dispatch.
- 2.4 Before ordering, ensure that the products can be delivered into your home, including fitting through doors, stairways, etc.
- 2.5 You must keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you regarding your order or delivery.
3. AVAILABILITY
- 3.1 All orders are subject to product and material availability. We will notify you if the product is unavailable or delayed.
- 3.2 If we are unable to supply a product (e.g., due to stock issues), you will receive a full refund.
4. IMAGES AND DIMENSIONS
- 4.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may differ based on your screen settings.
- 4.2 All weights, dimensions, and capacities shown are approximate.
5. PRICES
- 5.1 Product prices are as shown on our site unless there is a clear error.
- 5.2 Prices may change but do not affect accepted orders.
- 5.3 Prices include VAT (if applicable) and exclude delivery charges — delivery is free.
6. PAYMENT
- 6.1 We accept the payment methods shown on our site. Payments are processed via Stripe and must be completed before delivery.
- 6.2 By ordering, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid.
- 6.3 We are not responsible for any processing or bank fees charged by your provider.
7. DELIVERY
- 7.1 Delivery is carried out as described for each product. See our Delivery page for details.
- 7.2 We deliver only within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
- 7.3 You will be informed of your dispatch date by email. If delays occur, we will inform you of a revised date.
- 7.4 Delivery is complete once the product reaches your address. If delivery fails after three attempts, we may cancel your order.
- 7.5 You can check your order status in your account. If you need help, contact Customer Service (see point 11.1).
8. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
- 8.1 Ownership passes to you upon full payment.
- 8.2 You are responsible for the product once it is physically received.
9. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
- 9.1 If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it as per this policy or your legal rights.
- 9.2 You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to custom or personalised items.
- 9.3 For multiple items, the 14-day period starts from the final delivery date.
- 9.4 To cancel, contact us by email or post (see 11.1).
- 9.5 Cancellation notice must be sent before the 14-day period ends.
- 9.6 We will refund your order including standard delivery costs. Return or pickup costs may apply.
- 9.7 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items or proof of return.
- 9.8 Refunds will be made using the original payment method, without additional charges.
- 9.9 Refunds may be withheld until we receive the product or return proof.
- 9.10 We may deduct from your refund if the product was used beyond what is necessary to assess it.
- 9.11 If your product is faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the full amount, including reasonable return costs.
- 9.12 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- 9.13 You can return the item yourself or request collection (collection cost is free).
10. COMPLAINTS
- 10.1 If something is wrong with your product or service, email your complaint to info@sleepy.shop using the same address as your order. Include the order number in the subject line and provide detailed information. We will respond within 14 days. If your information is insufficient, we may extend the response time and inform you.
11. GOVERNING LAW
- 11.1 All contracts are governed by English law. English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, though we reserve the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
