1. Information About Us

I AM SO SLEEPY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in the UK (Company Reg. No. 12345678). Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

2. Ordering Products

By placing an order on our website, you offer to purchase the item and, once we send you an order confirmation email, a contract is formed between us.

Please check your order carefully before submitting. You must ensure delivery details are accurate and accessible.

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices quoted include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which will be indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher, we'll contact you; if lower, we will charge the lower price.
• Payment is taken at the point of order using the methods available on our site.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability.
• We deliver within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland). Delivery details and estimated times will be emailed when your order is dispatched.
• If nobody is available to accept delivery, we may leave a card or attempt re-delivery. After three failed attempts, we may cancel the order.

5. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title transfers upon full payment.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You have the legal right to cancel the order within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason.

Once cancelled, you must return the item within 14 days in its original condition and packaging (unused and unassembled if possible).

Refunds (including delivery) will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection, via the original payment method.

If items are faulty or incorrect, notify us within 30 days. We’ll offer a free collection and provide a full refund or replacement.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

7. Claims

If there's a problem with your product or delivery, email info@sleepy.shop quoting your order number. We'll respond within 14 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price.

9. Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
