Delivery Information

We offer a delivery service in accordance with the estimated timescales displayed on each product page. The standard delivery time is 3 to 8 working days.

The total delivery time consists of both product preparation and shipping. If a product requires a longer delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

All orders are delivered via our trusted logistics partner: XDP. 

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.

Your estimated dispatch date will be provided in the confirmation email sent once your order is processed. This date indicates when your order is expected to be handed over to our delivery partner.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are dispatched and delivered on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances involving manufacturing or shipping.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a note with instructions to reschedule. If delivery is not accepted after three attempts, your order may be cancelled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
